How to Make a claim

You have come to the right place to start the process. Complete the form answering all questions to the best of your ability. You may need the completed registration form that was emailed to you after you registered your warranty. The registration will help you answer important questions that will make handling your claim process go smoothly; with details such as the installation date and a description of the problem, color of the floor, materials used, and lot numbers. To process a claim, photographic evidence of the alleged damage is required. Please take photos of the areas in question and have the photos ready to upload on the mobile device or computer where you will be submitting the claim details.
Please note that this warranty is limited to the labor and material of the repair area and will not exceed the original purchase price, determined by the necessary amount for repairing or replacing the defective product. Any additional costs, beyond the original purchase price, will be the customer’s responsibility. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to ensuring the continued satisfaction of your flooring system.
Any surface can be slippery, especially when wet with any fluid. In no event shall Your 1 Day Floor be responsible for injury incurred by a slip or fall situation. It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to provide for their own safety and the safety of their guests. While slip resistant additives assist slip/fall prevention, there is no guarantee that someone will not slip while walking on coated areas. Your 1 Day Floor assumes no responsibility for slip/fall accidents.
Clients experiencing damage such as cracks, crumbling, or substrate failure may qualify for coating repairs with a minimum service charge, beginning at $277.00. Repairs for damage caused by the customer are also available, subject to applicable fees. It’s important to note that the warranty does not extend coverage to any form of cracking or substrate failure.
NO ONE IS AUTHORIZED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES ON OUR BEHALF. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE, DO NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE SPECIFIED WARRANTY PERIOD OUTLINED BY YOUR 1 DAY FLOOR. THE SOLE LIABILITY CONCERNING ANY DEFECT IS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS WARRANTY, AND ANY CLAIMS FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING THOSE FROM WATER LEAKAGE, ARE EXCLUDED.
Certain states may not permit limitations on the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above restrictions may not be applicable to you. Valid proof of purchase, registering of the warranty within 30 days of installation, the effective date of the warranty, product lot numbers must be furnished; otherwise, the effective date will be determined based on the batch manufacture date.
