How to Make a claim

We believe that service after the sale is what separates the good from the great. We are here to help you protect your investment and respond to your service submission.

You have come to the right place to start the process. Complete the form, answering all questions to the best of your ability.

Here are a few things you will need prior to completing your warranty claim:
– Your warranty registration number.
– A description of the issue you are experiencing and when you noticed the issue arise.
– Photos documenting the areas of concern.

Your warranty should have been registered within 30 days after service, and you should have received a warranty registration number. The registration number will assist your claim process by providing important details such as the installation date, a description of the problem, the color of the floor, materials used, and lot numbers.

If you are missing your warranty registration number that was emailed to you after you registered your warranty, go ahead and submit your claim to be processed. Our team will reach out to you for any additional information that may be necessary once they review the submission.

Photographic evidence of the area of concern is required. Please take photos of these areas and have them ready to upload on the mobile device or computer where you will be submitting the claim details.

Please note that this warranty is limited to the labor and material of the repair area and will not exceed the cost of materials based on the manufacturer’s purchase price, determined by the necessary amount for repairing or replacing the defective product. Any additional costs beyond the cost of materials from the manufacturer’s purchase price will be the customer’s responsibility. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to ensuring the continued satisfaction of your flooring system.

Paid Repairs

Clients experiencing damage such as cracks or substrate failure may elect for coating repairs. The cost for these repairs starts with a 2-hour minimum $296.00 service fee, with additional hours billed at $148.00. This time is tracked port to port to include travel time. Repairs for damage caused by the customer are also available, billed at these same rates. It’s important to note that the warranty does not extend coverage to any form of cracking or substrate failure beyond the original warranty period of 15 years from the date of original installation.

Miscellaneous

NO ONE IS AUTHORIZED TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES ON OUR BEHALF. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE, DO NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE SPECIFIED WARRANTY PERIOD OUTLINED BY YOUR 1 DAY FLOOR. THE SOLE LIABILITY CONCERNING ANY DEFECT IS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS WARRANTY, AND ANY CLAIMS FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING THOSE FROM WATER LEAKAGE, ARE EXCLUDED.

Certain states may not permit limitations on the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above restrictions may not apply to you. Valid proof of purchase, registration of the warranty within 30 days of installation, the effective date of the warranty, and product lot numbers must be furnished; otherwise, the effective date will be determined based on the batch manufacture date.
